CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- An order can be cancel if it is within the 24 hour period after you place an order.
- Cancellation of orders are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. (We charge 10% of cancellation fee because of the fees that we incur with the banks, paypal and merchant providers)
- Cancellation of order can only happen if the order has NOT been ship yet.
We have a 30-Days exchange policy. You can exchange any of the items you bought within 30 days if it is defective. Please send us photo/video proof of the defective items, and we will definitely make sure you will be taken care of.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only exchange items that are:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Color
- Got a different item - not the item ordered
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We accept returns within a 30 days period.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please note that earrings, socks, stockings and underwear are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- FREE+SHIPPING items and mystery box items ARE NOT eligible for returns.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts may not be accepted for return, or granted a partial refund only. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you in such instances.
- All return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Shipping charge is non-refundable should you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason.
- For orders which are damaged on arrival (DOA), please refuse the parcel and inform your local postal office of the damage to be eligible for a full refund or redelivery.
- A shipping charge of $7.99 or actual postage (whichever is higher), along with return shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from order total before refund.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to packages which are returned, unless otherwise stated.
- Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund less shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
- No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, refused (except for DOA), abandoned or disposed of. Please ensure proper arrangements have been made for your parcel to be collected.
- We require up to 8 weeks for delivery of orders before they are listed as missing. Requests for refund or resend will be processed after that.
- Refund or redelivery policy does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by natural disasters, union strikes or any events beyond our control.
- Please do not return your purchase to our office without your order number and notifying us about the returns.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges, except for defective product or when the wrong item has been sent.
- We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return as we are not liable for missing items.
- Please use proper packaging for return shipping. Items which are damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS
Since your order is custom printed just for you, the order cannot be refunded or exchange. Please take your time and choose the right size and product. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the Product Details link to find your best fit!
Order Modifications or CancellationAfter your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.Returns for Custom Printed ItemsIn most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.Please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 60 days
- The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
- The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered
